The Birch Lake Township Board reserves the right to limit speakers to only those who have been added to the agenda prior to the meeting. 

​

As a courtesy, the Board may provide a public comment period for persons not directly involved in an agenda item. Persons may address the Board during the public comments period. The public comment period is limited to 5 minutes per person, per meeting.

​

To be placed on the agenda the public comment form must be received no later than 5 days before the meeting.
